What I liked most about the program was the flexibility
I would highly recommend AK Nutrifit nutrition. I was hesitant at the start on whether to do a program if not but after a chat with Anthony I was quickly on board. What I liked most about the program was the flexibility of the program with loads of options to support my athletic performance and the constant support of Anthony as he was only one text away if I’d any questions about anything. The app was also extremely beneficial to me as Anthony was constantly uploading information and files to help improve my habits and knowledge of my macros and also gym programs and it was just an extremely useful tool throughout the 6 weeks. My lifts went up drastically over the 6 weeks and I learned more out of it than I could have hoped. I’d highly recommend Anthony to anyone contemplating on whether to go for it or not, his passion to help others is so evident.
