Sarah came to me not long after having her first baby looking to get back to where she was pre baby.
After a good chat I encouraged her to hold off for a few weeks until she had some routine with the baby so that she could reserve her mental health first with the madness of a new born.
We both agreed and a number of weeks later when things had settled we started Sarah on her journey.

She had a goal in mind and nothing was going to stop her reaching it. Her willingness to learn through the program was inspiring and I was in no doubt from day 1 that she would get the results she craved.
