I decided to sign up with Anthony @AK Nutrifit to give me some focus and education on nutrition.

I had given up and was not happy with myself! I have been to classes with Anthony before. What i loved about the programme was the choice in my food plan.
There was nothing I didnt like on it and anything I didnt like was left out (ONIONS)!!😀. The zoom classes were great and the app was brilliant for work outs in between as well. The educational mails weekly were brilliant especially when it came to planning and organising. When it comes to food i doubt ive ever been this organised!
Within the short few weeks, I could see a big difference and i feel far healthier. Anthony has great knowledge and would give you loads of helpful tips if and when you were struggling with different aspects weather it was water intake, sleep or mindset to help you not giving up if you fell off plan for a day. I would definitely recommend AK Nutrifit. Thank you Anthony
