I decided to sign up with Anthony after years of an unhealthy perspective of what a “diet” or good nutrition was. Previously I would start a diet and then fall right back into my old patterns. After attending some of Anthony’s classes in the past and hearing through other people that worked with him about how good his nutrition coaching was, I decided to contact Anthony about nutrition. From the initial phone call I knew Anthony was the perfect coach for me, he explained how he teaches that nutrition and exercise should be a lifestyle and not viewed as a “diet” and it’s as much to do with what goes on in your head as any of the other aspects and that also need working on. This confirmed to me that I wanted to begin coaching with Anthony, I wanted someone to help me develop healthier habits that would become a lifestyle and not just do another fad diet where I was restricted. It was important to me I didn’t feel like I was eating ‘rabbit food’ or being deprived of foods I enjoyed. Anthony listened and noted all of my requirements and created a program that ensured I was always satisfied and was able to have snacks that felt like treats every now and then.
Anthony was always supportive and encouraging, even on the weeks there was not the desired result on the scales. He focused on what may have contributed to that result and this in turn educated me on how I can address things for the next week. The educational emails were of great benefit and so educational, they helped make connections between the theory and practicality. It is great to work with Anthony through a busy time in my life to keep me on track and I’m so delighted I made the decision.
