I was always under the impression that being on a nutritional plan involved picking on lettuce, being constantly hungry, tired and just miserable in general. I was pleasantly surprised when Anthony sent me my food plan the first day. I was honestly never hungry and I wouldn’t call it a diet more of a way of changing your eating habits. My calories were kept at a normal range so I was able to still enjoy my food while eating better! I had a baby in January and due to baby weight, tiredness, bad habits and lack of exercise I just needed some help in the right direction. I really didn’t think I’d have the time to cook the food on the plans and do the workouts but with Anthony’s advice I made time for meal prep the night before or when Saoirse was napping and same with the workouts and so glad that I did! Lockdown hit just as we started the plan and it actually couldn’t have worked out better for me. I used Anthony’s app to do the home workouts 2/3 times a week and it really suited me as I didn’t have to drive to a gym and arrange childcare. I found the app so handy in that regard! I’m back to my fitness level post pregnancy and I honestly couldn’t feel better. I have so much energy, feel confident in my clothes again, back running 5km and just generally happy! I would 100% recommend Anthony if you’re looking to get the right advice and training on nutrition while losing weight and it is something you can use yourself in the future.
