I watched AK nutrifit (Anthony’s) page for a while on Instagram. I had heard alot of great things about him and his program from others and wanted to make up my own mind needless to say after a few weeks my mind was made up. I gave Anthony a call one day.He was so easy to talk to and more importantly listened to where i was coming from. Between me and my husband we both signed up and have never looked back. I am now at my weight before my kids and in the best shape ive been in for years. Yes it took hard work but it was so worth it and the results speak for themselves.I now walk past a mirror and say wow thats me!!!!. It a fantastic journey where you dont just learn about fitness and nutrition you also learn about habits mindfulness and alot more to boot. You get to know your body and mind and how much you can truly achieve with the right food mindset habits & fitness ect. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone who wants to turn there life around nutritionally or mentally. Its so worth it.
