From week 1 I started to lose weight.
For as long as I can remember I’ve struggled with my weight. I tried all the diets, slimming world, weightwatchers and would lose a bit of weight but eventually put it back on and I wasn’t educated along the way.
I came across Anthony at The Pilates Barre and decided to sign up for the 6 week program. Best decision I ever made! Anthony made out a nutrition program for me based on my food likes and dislikes and my activity levels.
Having this plan never felt like a “diet”, I never went hungry and even had snacks included so that at night, which was my worst time for munching, I could have one of my snacks that I liked so I never felt deprived.
From week 1 I started to lose weight. Plan was very easy to follow and I especially liked that all the ingredients were easy to come by. The support from Anthony was marvellous and always so encouraging. I now feel more confident and energetic and I no longer dread trying on clothes. I still use the plan as a general guide for my meals and have managed to keep weight off.
